       Prefabricated Wooden Frame Houses

Wooden house means positive energy, natural gold color, nice natural smell and nice texture of wood. Therefore it comes as no surprise that people, who live in such houses, better adapt to the environment and experience less illnesses.

In such a house the air is always fresh and clear, since striking behavior of wood makes the house "breathing"( in the very proper sense of this word). As for heat-insulating features wooden walls are several times better than brick walls of the same thickness. Brick wall of 510 mm thickness ("two bricks") has the same heat conduction and wooden wall of 100 mm thickness.

It means that expenses for heating of wooden house in cold weather conditions are less then for heating of house with wall of bricks - in winter it is warm inside and on summer scorching days it is fresh in such wooden house.

Moreover, the period of frame-house construction (depending on its size and complexity) is a few times shorter than for "brick" house, and its price is rather lower.

For more than 50 years this technology is successfully used for construction of houses in such countries as Finland, Canada and United Sates, which are trendsetters in the art of wooden building. And more than 80% of individual accommodations in these countries are built with the use of this technology.

Wood frame is superior to concrete because:

- A typical house can be framed in 3-4 weeks, whereas a concrete house can take up to 6 months.
- Wood frame houses are architecturally flexible. They can be easily expanded or modified.
- Wood framing does not require costly site cranes.
- Wood framed homes last for more than a century and provide excellent resistance to earthquakes.
- Sub trades prefer working with wood rather than concrete.
