Our company was established in 1998 as a  subsidiary of  financial group TAS, owing many other companies, factories and banks. This is means that you can give credence to our background and financial stability, as well as to quality of production, manufactured on the best available German, Italian and Czech  equipment.

We produce wooden  cottages,   country-houses,   bath-houses, saunas and garden houses. For our main direction – wooden frame prefabricated (modular) houses – we use the most advanced engineering projects from Scandinavia, Germany, Japan and North America. We are the fist company in Ukraine introduced the modern technology of  using the glued wood beams, structural metal constructs and heat insulation modules.

 In production we use only first class timber, grown in the ecologically clear regions of Carpatian mountains (Western Ukraine). Wood is processed only at modern equipment.

In timber drying we use the method of mild drying in chambers with PC control. Each board is processed with Siofarb (fire protective preservative) and antiseptic/anti-rotting and water-resistant wood preservative (Pinotex, Ticcurila ), as well as  by antipiren by Fobus (Poland).

Houses are supplied by enumerated parts to be assembled according to scheme.

The average manufacturing time is around one month, depending on model.

Payment is 100% irrevocable letter of credit  at sight.

The transportation: one 40-ft container holds around 100 m2 of packed wood frames, i/e biiger houses will require the appropriate extra. 

Erection time by 6-8 qualified workers is around 4 - 5 weeks (without foundation works and internal finishing).

Should you need our chief-supervisor it will cost plus 12% to basic price plus coverage of living and food expenses.

After sales support: we are ready to fix any problems of our product during one year after erection provided they not related with improper usage of construction.
