The most popular building technology is construction of houses using "sandwich-type" wall panels. The panels are made of dry (10-12% moisture) pine compass timber (block-house) or wallboards (32-35 mm) filled up with heat insulation (ISOVER, mineral wool, etc.) and waterproofing (vapor and damp-proof film). Interior of the house is covered with wooden linings.

     All power supply and other services communications are hidden in the "sandwich". There is no need for such house to make foundation to frost zone, since weight of the house is small and the house does not cause much load to the ground.

Such constructions are ideal for short-term building of sound accommodation, as well as individual cottages, bath-houses and hotel complexes, prestigious private residences and country-houses.

External walls are of 250 mm thick frame modules consist of:  internal decoration (battening with wooden deal board  14 mm, or batten-board 20 mm, or gypsum board,) glued beams (carrying post) 180 x 180 mm, steam-and-water barrier 2 mm,  heat insulation ISOVER 150 mm and  external decoration (paneling with  45 mm wood deal plank, or brick facing, or stucco). Internal walls are of 100 mm thick consist of: internal glued beam 80 x 50 mm, steam-and-water barrier 2 mm, heat insulation ISOVER 50 mm, internal decoration (battening with  wooden deal board 14 mm, or batten-board 20 mm, or gypsum board).  4. Interflooring is   wood frame modules filled with heat and sound insulators.

 5. Ceiling is  battening with wooden deal boards  or gypsum board readt for finishing with wallpapers or painting.

 6. Roofing: garret type, covered with soft tiling or flexible-metal.

 7. Windows: modern construction glass packet, double-glazed, based on wood with different color painting. In a garret windows are of Velux type.

 8. Doors: external – wooden  or metal reinforced, internal – natural pine body.

 9. Staircase: natural wood with tracery fence.

 10. Sanitary, electricity  and heating equipment are supplied on demand.
