Wood frame construction allows architects the greatest flexibility in creating unique interior and exterior designs.
Homes built using wood frame typically feature stunning kitchens, comfortable dining areas, luxury bathrooms and even home theatres.

We build the houses to the highest European standards using pine grown in their natural weather environment, which gives greater structural stability. Wood frame buildings have a high thermal efficiency which far exceeds that of traditional building materials, and
offers up to 70% savings on energy costs. The thermal efficiency achieved by wood frame construction provide high sound insulation which achieved using timber construction which is of particular benefit in semi-detached and terraced housing.
 

 Wood frame construction is also environmentally friendly. Timber is a natural, non-toxic, organic, recyclable, renewable and biodegradable material. Most of our houses are delivered prefabricated. The standard set of the house includes: external and internal walls, flooring and roofing systems, windows and doors, any required wooden elements, all thermal and noise insulating, interior and exterior plastering. External and internal wall finishes can be plaster or wood. Stone or brick can be added to the external finish though it is not required structurally.
